The basis for SUPERWUSCHEL is velvety soft premium cotton. Its excellent quality combined with a particularly luxurious grammage of 550 g/sqm results in extremely high and dense loops. The effect is maximum absorbency combined with outstanding fluffiness and softness.
Two processing steps also contribute to SUPERWUSCHEL living up to its name: the innovative Superior Volume finishing process, developed especially for this programme, ensures that each individual loop is repeatedly straightened in the best possible way during the production process to guarantee a uniform, voluminous and even fabric appearance.
The innovative Comfort Finish tumbling technology used at the end of the process uses hot air to imitate the traditional fulling and beating of the washerwomen, thus ensuring that the new volume is maintained permanently and lint-free. At the same time, the elasticity of the fibres is positively influenced: the fluffy loops not only stand up better as a result, they also recover more quickly – e.g. after washing – and then retain their shape.
Like all our collections, SUPERWUSCHEL Made in Germany is manufactured in accordance with the strictest OEKO-Tex Standard 100 and is also certified for the most sensitive skin thanks to the additional product class 1. The towels can be washed hygienically clean at 60° C and dried on a gentle cycle.
